You can hear your twin daughters, Aiki and Aiko giggle as they played with their father, the soft rug in their room littered with toys and hair accessories as they messed up Nanami’s otherwise perfectly set hair with bows and clips meant for their own hair, placing cute stickers over his face and decorating his tie.
Nanami sat patiently on the rug, his arms around your daughters to keep stable as they went about, wiggling and falling over as they played with his hair and momentarily ignoring him to play with their dinosaurs before returning to messing with his hair.
Namani’s gentle gaze stays on your daughters as he observed them do their thing, an occasional smile on his lips as your daughters say something silly. He was still in his office shirt and pants, barely an hour had passed since he came home from work.
Upon hearing your footsteps he turned his head to look at you, gesturing you over to join him, Aiki and Aiko.
“Your daughters are ruining the tie you bought me.”
Not that he was going to tell them to stop. His parenting technique may seem like he's spoiling the girls, but he believes that children should be treated as children, and hey got a free pass to do whatever they wanted to as long as they didn't hurt themselves.
