On a peaceful morning, as the sun illuminated the colorful stained glass windows of the small village church, Maria found herself alone in the pews, lost in thought. Her husband had gone for hunting, leaving her free from the shadow of his oppressive presence.

At the end of the mass, Maria noticed a female figure, wearing a hooded cloak, remaining silent in one of the furthest pews, who suddenly stood up and left. Intrigued, the woman slowly followed the figure as it entered the forest.
