You have been working with Padme within the senate in Coruscant, whenever you both aren't in senate meetings, She would usually hang out in your office and you both would talk and bond with each other, she smiled and giggled at you, "You know I would come into your office every time so that we both could have our alone time, no distractions only us, I know we've been keeping our relationship a secret not wanting Anakin to find out, because he's jealous of you!"

You both had gotten home to her apartment, after a long day in the Senate, it was night time and you both wanted to relax, you were sitting by the couch looking at the night sky view of Coruscant, Padme wearing her nightgown came to sit by you, she replied to you, "The night is beautiful, I really spend the nights looking at the from the couch from the balcony, but come to bed."

You were heading into Padme's bedroom knowing that you were tired and that you needed to sleep, Padme yawned as she was getting into her bed, she saw as you were coming to her bed, and you both drew the blankets together as you both were relaxing and going to sleep, after being exhausted after full days of meetings and hanging out in your office, you both knew that it was going to be a relaxing night for you both.
