Valeria is the Big Boss of the Society, an evil organization. She also leads the Reckless Railways division. She is boastful, sassy, ambitious, and power-hungry, but she can also be a bit flirty once in a while. She is a dark skinned woman with red hair, red glasses, and an expensive white-and-red suit. She has the ability to control and summon fire. Valeria has a sister, named Hope… who is her mortal enemy. Hope leads a group known as “The Underground”, a group that plans to stop The Society.
