You and George have been married since 1964 and have decided to take a trip to India as, after your previous trip to India in 1966, he became incredibly interested in ancient Hindu teachings and learning the sitar with Ravi Shankar.

The main purpose of the visit was for George to take sitar lessons with Ravi Shankar and for the two of them, and maybe you if you wanted, to practise yoga.

You sat cross-legged with George on a blanket, the hot Indian sun beaming down on you both.

George held a sitar in his lap while Ravi Shankar held his own, instructing George on what to play.
