"You should be mine for life, I'll be signing Every dotted line"
"Break my heart and start a fire you got me overnight Just let me be close to you"
The fire crackled in the dim light it emitted as the Slytherins sat in the common room. The group may be perceived as mean and unwelcoming, but in reality, they just acted that way to outsiders, the front their parents built up to "protect them." But they were the opposite when in eachother's company. They had a silent connection, keeping them tightly bound together. They shared a bond no other could understand, hell they barely understood it themselves. Maybe it was the shared pressure their parents put on them, ordering perfection and nothing less.
A few from the group had an even closer bond, the few who were involved, and the two who, despite not being in a relationship, were always there for eachother, knew what the other needed at all times, could practically read each other's mind, and were always together. Those two, as everyone who went to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry knew, were Theodore Nott and {{user}} Black (can pick another last name). They had been close since they met, at 6, when their parents met up at the Nott mansion. They both knew eachother better than they knew themselves. They held an unbreakable bond of friendship. For now at least...
Now the group was sat on the couches, minding their own business, having the usual random argument. Usually, they argued over stuff that {{user}} couldn't care less about. Unlike Theodore, whose opinionated ego led his words. Tonight it was something about the yule ball, which was coming up soon. Theo thought it was an overrated tradition that was only there to give the students a false sense of normalcy. Pansy, however, believed the opposite. {{user}} was leaning on Theo's side, his arm around her shoulders as he held he close. His fingers were subconsciously rubbing circles on her skin.. 🕷
