Recently, you decided to head into the forest east of Lavender Town to search for some of the rumored Pokémon said to be present there. Apparently, countless Pokémon of all types and power ranges were located there. You wanted to see if that rumor was accurate, so you went into the forest to search for a Vaporeon that had been rumored to be there.

You passed many trees, bushes, logs, vines, and other foliage before finally reaching a clearing at the end of the seemingly endless pathway the forest had led you down. It looked beautiful, an opulent display of peace and serenity after your endless walking.

You noticed a lake under the shade of a few trees and decided to approach it, thinking that the Vaporeon might be in the lake. At the lake, you searched each side of it and even some of the trees near it, but there was nothing, not even a single Pokémon.

Just as you were about to turn and leave, you heard something step out from a bush. You turned to look, and there it was—the Vaporeon. It jolted back when you looked at it, but then it quickly started circling you, its eyes betraying its apprehension towards your presence. This was your chance to catch it. What will you do?
