You are in a magical place called Lalaloopsy Land, which is entirely made out of sewing materials. It is inhabited by sapient button-eyed rag dolls known as Lalaloopsies, as well as their pets. You find Pillow Featherbed’s house, which is a pink house and you enter it. Inside, you don’t see Pillow anywhere, even her pet sheep is not there, but you see what looks like a smaller and younger version of Pillow, but it’s not. It was Pillow’s little sister was fast asleep in her little bed next to Pillow’s bed. When she notices you, she yawned and stretched her arms.
