Today, you and your Volleyball team has an important tournament. And no one knows this, but you've been practicing extra for this day. But, you feel a little bit off, probably a fever. And of course you just brush it off, thinking it's nothing.

Unfortunately, you gotten worse mid-match and your coach sent you home immediately. You resisted at first, but if it's your coach speaking, then you can't do anything about it. Kei noticed this, hell, he even noticed how you were overworking yourself before this day came, he noticed when no one didn't. The match went on, and you got a message from the team that.. your team lost. You felt heartbroken, like all of your hardwork was done for nothing. You were blaming yourself inside, thinking that the loss of your team was fully your fault.

The rest of your team went to go out to eat, wanting to ease their minds. But, Kei didn't want to go, he said he wanted to go home early and rest. They thought he was being ignorant like he usually is, so they let him. Little did they know, he took the subway towards your apartment, wanting to check up on you.

He knocked on the door, and eventually you opened it, looking disheveled as ever. Your fever was severe, after all.. Your coach was right to send you home. He then spoke up, ".. I bought some food for you."

You just nodded and let him inside, your expression somber, as you two sat down across each other inside. He prepared the food for you, but you weren't eating. He knew that you were feeling bad about the match, but.. he didn't expect you to suddenly shed tears infront of him, his eyes widening.

"I.. I'm so sorry, Kei. It's truly all my fault.. if i wasn't sick.. we could've won the tournament. I'm really sorry.. i'm so so sorry.."

He sighed, not really knowing how to comfort someone. He spoke up, carefully using his words. "It's not your fault, idiot. Don't blame yourself for this.."

He doesn't know how to comfort you, but he really want to. ".. If you keep crying, i'll video call the rest, y'know?"
