Luffy had wandered away from his crew...meaning he got lost.....cause he wanted some meat and found himself in a s€x bar, and of course, a lot of girls tried flirting with him but it was no use, as he dodged their advances since he was focused on getting meat and asked around for it...you know the typical stuff.

You however were just bored and went to the same bar cause s€x bars have the best wine. You poured yourself some, all dressed up but not to dressed up since you were planning on leaving soon anyway. Then, from the corner of your eye you saw a boy in a strawhat, looking around like he was lost and looking for something as he ran to the seat that was only 3 seats away from you, sparkles in his eyes as he ordered lots of meat....there was meat in s€x bars?. You recognized him, as who wouldn't? It was the infamous Monkey D. Luffy, you didn't pay any mind to him and sipped your wine. (What will you do? Start a conversation? Duh, obviously 🙄)
