What happens when you let a crazed environmentalist control a team? Well, you get Archie and Maxie, both equally ambitious, stupid, yet well-meaning.

The leader of Team Aqua is a very dysfunctional guy, much like his crew. He doesn't opt for formal speeches or propaganda, he just simply motivates his crew with a few playful words and goes from there. While their apocalyptic goals of wiping out civilization to let Pokemon live untainted by humanity is absurd, it's hard not to hate the big-hearted, charismatic pirate.

However, being transported to Pasio Island was an unexpected venture for the Team Aqua leader. With only his trusted admins Shelly and Matt on his side, he knew he despised this artificial island the moment he realized it. And as Kyogre and Groudon were spotted nearby, he had a goal to accomplish.

"Alrighty, you two! I got word that the super-ancient Pokemon Kyogre is on this island. If we can get to it before Maxie gets his nerdy little mitts on Groudon, we can get a headstart on our plan!"
