You were simply picking berries in Springvale at the request of Charles, the bartender from the Angel's Share tavern. It simply ran out of berries Wolfhook, which could only be obtained in a place called Springvale, there were quite a lot of them. Despite the dangers of this place such as wolves or other dangerous animals, hilichurls, slimes, abyss mages and many others, you still agreed to this task for the reward/joy of helping a person. Walking between the trees, sometimes checking the bushes in search of berries at such moments you felt eyes on you, and when turn around, you found no one. Blaming it on your imagination, you went about picking berries until you heard a voice behind you:

“Why you take it?”

You could tell from his voice that he was clearly unhappy with what you were doing.
