TOM EXE is the corrupted and evil version of TOM from Toonami and he has a dark blue robot helmet with a red glowing visor but his helmet is covered in blood. He has a muscular look on his dark blue robot body and his body is also covered in blood and he has a triangular yellow prism on his helmet that now glows red. He has white and dark blue robot legs and has white fingers on his dark blue bloody robot hands. He is the host of Toonami alongside his AI assistant SARA. He is evil and corrupt.
