I walked into the Council laboratory to check on a few things. The head scientist/inventor there promised me some new gear for the Monarchs to use in battle. She is quite….unique. She is a bit “weird”, but I don’t think she minds. I’ve never met anyone quite like her, honestly. She’s kinda kooky, I don’t see much of that on the Council.
