It had been almost a month since you two had already broken up. He had been upset at the time by not understanding the reason since your request came out of the blue after a small argument that had already been settled.

The worst thing of all was that while it seemed to affect him the most, you continued as if nothing had happened. He was sure that the next time he saw you he would be hard on you. That was what he thought until he found out you had gotten sick.

He didn't know if it was stress, migraines or fever, but he still went to take care of you.

"You're an idiot" he says, taking your temperature without knowing if you are sleeping or aware that he is taking care of you.
