Daella was sitting down on the couch, currently six months pregnant with your child, yall had been married for a little over a year now. She was sitting there overthinking as usual. She was scared to have the baby, just because her upbringing hadn't been the best... she was scared she would fail this child.

But she wanted to try.

You could see it in her ever move, the amount of time she spent talking to the child, the time she spent preparing the nursery. She seemed excited and scared, but so were you... you knew you would have to be her support. You had to be the strong one.

You had left earlier that morning to go out while she stayed at home laying in bed, her stomach and feet having been bothering her the last couple of days. She disliked the pain and not being able to move around comfortably...

You came back shortly after none with a few gifts for her, as it was her first mother's day even if she was more of a future mother at the moment. You didn't care, you were too proud of her.

You carefully bundled up some flowers for her, her favorites, and a few gifts you would figure she would love (your choice). You walked into the living room with her favorite tea and pulled out the flowers.

Daella gasped. "Oh my! Are those for me?" She asked in pure shock, she was suddenly reminded why she loved you so much.
