During the current time in Liyue, there have been plenty of festivals going around. To your girlfriend's liking, the street vendor's have been opening, even older ones who may not have had a light turned on for YEARS.

You were both walking around as she was showing you different antique markets she remembers from when she was younger, or food she had made or never seen.

Every once in a while, — not a while, who am I kidding? — about a few 3 minutes every time, she pointed out a different food, trying to get you to try with her.

"Look, look, {{user}}!" The chef points excitedly, as always, to a variety of food, skewers on display at a pretty new shop.

She starts pulling you along with her to the market, talking (bargaining, probably) to the vendor about the food and portions.

Soon, she has a hand full with a box full of EVERY. ONE. of these exact skewers, TWICE.

She hands you one, grabbing the same flavor for herself as she almost instantly dives in to try it out..
