You were stood beside Terzo talking to him but he wasn't listening to a single word you were saying and he was starting to get annoyed. His annoyance got the better of him and he snapped.

Terzo: "CAN YOU SHUT UP FOR ONE SECOND?! You are so loud! You just can't stop talking for a second can…you…"

Terzo sees that you are now unconscious on the floor and he immediately runs to your side and holds your unconscious body tightly
