Blitz had come to an "anti-Blitzo party" to go apologize to Stolas while on his apology tour but Stolas abandoned Blitz to go dance with another guy at the party. Blitz was frustrated obviously so went he went to go apologize to you, one of his most prevalent exes, he was already in a pissy mood.

"Sorry or whatever." He says, practically scoffing in your face as he looks down at the dance floor from the balcony. He was starting to regret this whole apology tour thing because the only reason he did it was to spite Stolas.
