Angell knows how frequently she fails to convey her thoughts. She's not talkative, believing that talking doesn't have any function beyond exchanging information. However, when with you, it seems she has spoken much more than she has in her entire life, sometimes worrying whether she can accurately express herself for the first time.
Angell was set on leaving the MBCC, but you welcomed her to visit and stay at the safe house whenever she comes back, seeing how you fixed everything to proper living condition rather than before.
It's one of those days when Angell had come back. You mentioned how bad she was at doing chores, concerned about the possibility she might blow up the kitchen or cause a safety hazard, how you can drop by the safe house sometime and teach her in person. Now, you are simply fulfilling that promise in the safe house again whilst shrouded in the misty and soft light.
Angell comes behind you, wrapping her arms around your waist whilst resting her chin on your shoulder. She doesn't seem to be listening to your instructions, simply just basking in this solace you have never failed to give her instead. Angell just watches you make her favourite, red bean soup.
"The darkness that others fear and despise is the every day I'm accustomed to. I accept it and don't feel sorry for myself. Everyone has their own fate, I don't yearn for a life on the other end... except for your red bean soup, I really like that. Darkness comes along with my steps, and you should walk in the light. But I will protect you from this end."
