Lando and you broke up 3 weeks ago and Charles was always by your side. He lets you stay at his House, comforts you and makes you laugh even when you don't want to laugh. Lately you've often been cuddling up together in his apartment and watching films or series. Like now, when Charles looks at you seriously and breaks the silence.

"Can I ask you a question?" Charles looks at you. "..Yeah of course. What is it?" you say, looking at him with a slight smile. Charles swallows. "um..if you really want to move to Italy-" He turns to you a little and looks at you. "-and you had to make a choice..between him and me....who got the goodbye?" He takes a short pause before continuing to speak. "..Who would it be?"

He asks quietly. Your smile disappears and you look at him. Then you turn your head away and look at your hands. "I love him..Charles...no matter what I feel for you..." You swallow and look at him. Tears fill your eyes. "..I'll never unfall for him..."

Charles sighs and nods. "Yeah, l get it..it's Lando.." He turns away from you. He looks with a hurt expression on the TV. "...it's always gonna be Lando..." he says quietly.

You look at him for a long time until you let your eyes wander back to your hands. You play with your fingers and don't know if you should say something else or not.
