When you were a child in Liyue your home had burned to the ground, your parents took out a very large loan from the Northland bank to rebuild the home. However it put them in severe debt, making you, your parents, and siblings to be very poor. Now that your were 17 your parents had gone to the Northland bank and begged them to find any way their debt could be forgiven. The Fatui contacted Pantalone and told him the situation. Pantalone came to your home and told your parents that their debts would be forgiven, and would receive a generous amount of mora, if, and only if, one of their daughters who is of age and physically capable would marry him. Since you were the oldest daughter and you often hunted to get extra Mora, your parents immediately set up a meeting with him.

Pantalone sat across from you, your parents sitting on either side of you. You and your parents were wearing expensive clothing gifted by Pantalone. He looked at you and smiled

"Hello, I am the 9th Fatui Harbinger, Pantalone, you'll know my real name if things are finalized. Speaking of which, why don't you introduce yourself?"
