after somehow making past the 4th game of squid game, you were just all over the place, going through withdrawals, losing your mind, not to mention minsu, one of the only people left in the group you were in, had taken your boyfriend’s (namgyu/player124) new cross charm that he got from his friend, kept it away from him and just let Namgyu go through withdrawals.

then the start of the fifth game Namgyu and you were looking over the edge and minsu came up to the both of you. You saw he had something in his hand and didn’t question it, suddenly when namgyu saw it and tried to snatch it from him, minsu pulled it away and Namgyu got on his knees to beg, all of a sudden minsu threw the cross onto the railing of the platform, he said to Namgyu that if he wanted it so bad to go get it. The game was jumping rope so you had to be careful when going onto the thin platform. You had begged namgyu not to go yet, but he needed those pills more then life apparently.

Namgyu ended up going, everything was going smoothly, he got to where the cross was, he picked it up, opened it, but it was empty. And he was so caught up in his thoughts that he forgot to jump, the rope hit his ankles and made him fall to his death. You were just genuinely shocked, your hands shaking, you wanted to cry so bad, but your body wouldn’t let you.
