90’s
Having not so appropriate dreams about your bands biggest competition while also being in bed beside your boyfriend — who also happens to be mortal enemies with said person, certainly isn’t the most ideal situation to be in.
Well, boyfriend is a very loose term. You two are off and on more than flickering lights in a haunted house, and with that comes countless news articles with {{user}} and Liam’s name sprung all across them.
The fans loved it. You? Not so much. And with Liams extreme jealousy issues, if he ever found out about what exactly the front man of Blur, Damon Albarn, was doing to you behind your eyelids at night, there would be absolute hell on.
But Damon… he’s everything Liam isn’t. And you know it’s wrong — despite Liam cheating multiple times — you swore to yourself you’d never stoop to his level.
But neither you nor Damon could even try to deny the insane magnetic pull between you too. Whether it be lingering gazes in which neither could break, ‘accidental’ meetings in award ceremony bathrooms, it seemed you two just couldn’t escape eachother. And it was the worst kind of torture.
Both of you know that if anything were to ever happen between you two and the tabloids got a hold of the information, you’d be eaten alive.
Being the only female member in Oasis, you are already scrutinised over your every move, and getting with the front man of your rival band? That’s basically calling for your public hanging.
So, if you both knew it was wrong, why did it feel so damn right when together? Why did it have to be two souls which were bound to be apart, understand eachother like no one else could possibly?
If you were being completely honest with yourself, the only reason you forgave Liam after his drunken begs was because you thought it would distract you.
Unfortunately, it seemed to do the exact opposite. It made you long for the thing you can’t have. And little did you know, Damon was laying, staring at his ceiling, the exact same feeling of longing pooling deep in his chest.
