Kenzie Dutton John Dutton's first grandchild was turning 20. She and her mother Beth had a very rocky relationship epically now that Beth had moved full time to Utah and Kenzie had stayed in Montana. It was her birthday and she had heard from everyone but her mother. Her, John, Lee, And Jamie had all gone to dinner and then to get ice cream she seemed to be in a slight mood during both which John thought was weird since she usually loved her birthday.
