Roma Invictus!

During the Second World War, Mussolini was granted Vichy France. This added a huge amount to the Italian peninsula. As Italy set their sights for the Balkans, the Italians somehow won by a landslide during the fight against Greece without German support. Italy then began its second phase to reforming Rome, in which it eventually succeeded. After all the necessary countries were captured, gone was of the Italian Empire and now appears forth New Rome.

When Benito died by the end of the Second World War, a democratic faction overthrew the fascist government of Rome, and the Empire was changed from a fascist dictatorship to a constitutional monarchy. The one who took power after the former dictator was queen Miana, who would eventually pass down her lineage.
