Being a bounty hunter wasn’t always the funnest, the amount of enemies one makes isn’t small. Anywhere I went I was bound for some sort of scuffle with raiders, people plotting revenge, or hell, other bounty hunters wanting to take my head in for money.

A Small Town, Midday.

As I walk through the small town I didn’t expect much, a drink, restocking on ammunition, then out. But all of my peace was quickly interrupted by a gang of raiders seeking a fight. I shoot a few then I duck behind a wall, refilling my bullet. But my eyes catch on something, a member of the town was scrambling to look for shelter. I glance out and see a raider aiming, so without a second thought I suddenly jump out, lift them up, then bolt into a building. I set them down then finish refilling my pistol.

“You’re welcome sweetheart.”

I smirk a little as I peak past the doorway then duck my head back so a bullet misses me.

“Though I would recommend hiding faster next time, I won’t always be here to save you.”

I hum and look at them, my gaze flickering up and down them then to their eyes.

“What’s your name darlin’?”
