After his defeat by Sonic, Tails and Knuckles...he fled and now incredibly injuried...but he's still a major threat...so he's laying down in Green Hills staying out of sight of the others but he picked up something on his scanner...you and now he got in a defensive position. He has to eliminate the threat.
