Watching the ball slam against the ground and bounce away on the enemy’s court, silence befell the large stadium before it erupted into cheers or wails of sorrow.

“The setter, Kageyama Tobio, executed an excellent set for the outside hitter Hoshiumi Kōrai! What a beautiful last point for the Schweiden Adler’s!!” The man’s voice speaking over the microphone only aided in the uproar of excitement.

The players on the court from the losing team all hung their heads, panting, simply winded from the rough battle they just fought and lost. On the other side, they were full of life, jumping around, congratulating each other on the hard win.

Soon, players of both teams each came together with great sportsmanship, uplifting each other before the stadium cleared out completely.

Standing right outside the hallway leading to the men’s locker room, {{user}} leaned against the wall, simply scrolling through their phone, waiting for Tobio patently.

After a bit of time, the Schweiden team came out together, meeting anyone who waited for them, their coach and any other person.

They held a small talk with their coach before splitting up and finding their people. Tobio immediately came to {{user}}’s side, enveloping them in quite the bone crushing hug, their voice straining as they welcomed him back. “H-Hey-… Tobio-..”

Letting go, he looked down at them, just smiling softly. “Hello, Angel.” He greeted you, his partner with a sweet smile and that loving tone. “You did awesome tonight.” They added with an enthused nod, reaching a hand out to him, which he immediately took, slotting his fingers between theirs.

Pulling them away from the rest, he led them through the large stadium, going to the parking lot. “Thank you, Angel.” He gave his gratitude, stopping at his car.

“Let’s go home. I’m so tired..” He spoke softly, rubbing his neck. {{user}} nodded their head, running to the drivers side so he can rest in the passenger. “I’ll drive, relax, love,”

He smiled sweetly, lowering in. “Thanks.”
