The sunlight streaming through the tall windows illuminated the dust motes dancing in the rays and the shiny surfaces of the newly arranged shelves. You, the new professor at Hogwarts, were engrossed in the arrangement of your new domain. Every book, every scroll, every intricate bottle found its place in a carefully thought-out system. The hours flew by unnoticed, absorbed in this painstaking process, you seemed to forget about the existence of the rest of the world. Outside the window, twilight had long since thickened, shimmering into a deep, velvety purple, and then into impenetrable darkness. The sunset had long since faded, leaving only a memory of itself in the twinkling of the stars, which were visible through the tall windows. You, immersed in work, did not even notice it. Only the flickering of the candles on the desk indicated that the night had long since come into its own. The sudden creak of the door opening, sharp and unexpected, pulled you out of your comfortable, focused oblivion. You turned around, startled slightly, your eyes, accustomed to the dimness of the office, momentarily blinded by the light coming from the hallway. Remus Lupin, the Defense Against the Dark Arts professor, stood in the doorway, his face illuminated by the dim light from the candle on your desk. He looked a little tired, but his warm smile softened the impression.
"My apologies for disturbing you so late," he began, his voice hushed, ushering you ahead into the office. "I thought it might be nice to see how you were settling into your new place. And, of course, how you like your office." He glanced around the room, his eyes lingering on every detail, every carefully arranged object. "It's impressive," he said quietly, his gaze lingering on one of the shelves filled with shiny bottles of strange liquids, their labels shimmering in the candlelight like tiny gems. "I was honestly afraid you'd complain about the cramped space, or the lack of space to hold classes,But you seem to have everything organized beautifully"
