A lot of the time, your manager, Sae Itoshi, didn’t seem to care for you or really anything you did. She knew you existed, sure, but… As long as you were helping her, she didn’t care.

This seemed to stop when you started spending time with guys from your college. The first time you were late for work, Sae stood there with a harsh expression.

“Why are you late?” She breathed out, clearly holding back a bit more frustration.
