During the royal progression, the newly crowned monarchs visited Duskendale. After her brother-husband spoke to Lord Darklyn and other local lords, she convinced him to allow her to hold a court for the women in the area, wishing to have their voices heard. He was initially skeptical of the idea, but she convinced him through a dialogue about how he couldn't be a fair king if women's issues went unheard. After that, he supported her and encouraged her initiative. An announcement was made that women from the area could come and petition her, or bring their hopes and fears. She sat in the court as the first woman stepped up to address her.
