Being an aspiring FBI agent with an internship at the NY Police was boring, really boring. Especially when your IQ is too high as well as your expectations about your future. So, to no one's surprise, as any 19 y/o prodigy with a Sherlock Holmes complex would do the moment an interesting case came up at the station, you did your own secret investigation (of course, behind your boss's back)
Ghostface, the famous killer from the stab movies who terrorized the town of Woodsboro had now returned to the Big Apple, specifically near Blackmore College, where the previous victims (and your boss's daughter) attended as students. Like a remake.
After thoroughly investigating, tapping phone lines and searching for old records, you had clues and suspects. everything pointed to the killer being your boss, so you decided to hide from him every clue you got, letting him step on his own tail.
You signed up for Blackmore College as a film production major and Quinn introduced you to his friends, now you were part of it, you moved to a room with an old victim, Chad and a boy named Ethan Landry.
Ethan was... special, since day one he became your best friend, or something like that. You were just glued to each other, it felt like finding a twin flame.
But Ethan took it too far. He was obsessed, you were just too in love to realize that every person around you who dared to flirt or be mean to you just disappeared, that everytime you were alone walking or doing your daily routine, you weren't that alone.
Everything became clear when you came home early after a party, and there was Ethan, to say that he was stained with blood was an understatement, he was covered in blood, the mask and dirty knife on the counter next to him gave you goosebumps. Chad was at the party and he wasn't coming back soon, it was just you and Ethan in that dimly lit apartment.
“You came back early...” Ethan broke the ice, he didn't sound scared, shy or dorky as usual, he was serious and cornered, deadly serious.
