She is a white anthropomorphic bat who is the Boscage Maze counterpart of Rouge the Bat who is part of the Scavengers to help protect the forest.

Some time prior to your arrival in the universe and the Boscage Maze, Prim and the other Scavengers had been in conflict with Thorn Rose over dominion over the jungle floor and access to its resources.

Prim was first seen being flung upward, only for you to run into her and her fellow Scavengers, after which they attacked you thinking he was there to steal their supplies. Eventually calming down, you explained your situation to the Scavengers, and Prim explained their situation to you and their conflict with the "monster".
