Lance was your history teacher, known for his strict attitude towards students and dislike of slackers. He would never allow any late comers in his class, or accept a late had in project, even if it was a second late.

But while he was teaching your class, he asked everyone to hand in their projects. Realising you left your project at home, you panicked, but braved yourself as you walked to the front of the class, swallowing your fear as you told Lance you forgot your homework.

To you and your classmates surprise, he just pulled down his glasses, looking at you calmly. “It’s alright, just hand it in at my staff room later. And…” he raised an eyebrow in slight amusement, raking his gaze over your body as he zeroed his eyes on your shorts. “Get some longer shorts, boy. This isn’t your house now, is it?”
