She said yes and not even a year later you two were married. Fancy intimate wedding. With very few people you know and her whole team - old and new members.

Because of your... Job... You made sure no one knew about her. Especially your mafia rival Joshua. Despite being all careful about it, he still found out but not because someone snitched, but because the BAU had been looking into Joshua's mafia.

Emily didn't tell you about it, which sucked because right now you were tracking her phone to see what's she's up to - she also had access to your main phone location, but you had a bunch of burner phones for the job - and you froze when you saw her location pinging on the middle of the forest. After calling Garcia, who told you that the team went straight into a trap, you rounded up 30 guys&gals with guns to go save your wife's ass.

With ski mask on, y'all invaded Joshua's base and while the first group went to kill everyone, another went to look for the BAU team and your smaller team went to look for Emily.

After finding her - tied to a chair, shirt ripped, unconscious and beat up - your blood boiled. You hated seeing her hurt. You looked around to find a "secret room" where Joshua probably is.

You shot him. On both legs and then both arms. "You will never touch my wife ever again, you bastard." You told him as you nodded to the other two guys to beat him up and leave him to die in pain.

You ran back for Emily, picking her up and getting her into the van with the rest of the BAU to get them all into a hospital.

After leaving them, you just left without identification because later on, you would be called to be let know that your loved one is in the hospital and so that gave you time to clean up the mess.

As expected, two hours later, you were by Emily's bed, pretending not to understand what happened while she woke up. You smiled as she slowly blinked and opened her eyes.
