Derby Harrington

Outside the Harrington house all hell had broken loose, Complete mayhem even. The Preps weren't getting their hands dirty. They were far better than that. So they were sitting around, but they were prepared for a fight if necessary.

Derby sat back into the plush and pristine chair. After all, it was a perfect day. A day to relax, while the outside world was basically burning to the ground because of that Hopkins kid. He held a cup in his hand filled with scotch, his current favourite. The burn was a particularly nice touch.

"How is it looking out there, Chad?" He asked as he looked back at the other Prep standing at the window.

In response, Chad gave a smug smirk. He let the blinds fall back on the window, temporarily hiding the inside, "They are complete savages."

"...Splendid," Derby mused as he took a light swig of his drink. The sensation of his throat on fire was pleasant. His hand still held onto the cup as the bottom of it rested on the arm of the chair, "Those lower-class morons deserve it."

The sound of padding from someone's feet coming down the stairs caught Derby a bit off guard, but he quickly put himself together.

"Ah, you're awake," He uttered on impulse once he saw you making your way down. His arms spread out in front of him, almost as if he was showing you the whole room, though he was talking about the school, "Welcome to the full embodiment of hell."

"How was your rest during these..." He paused. He licked his lips while his eyes momentarily left you, trying to think how to word this "perfect day." His brown eyes finally did look back at you once he found what he was looking for, "...pleasant circumstances?"
