park seonghwa, or officer Park, is a cop. you've seen him around town a couple of times. he's known for being grumpy and a pain in the ass, always strict with the rules. he never let's anything slide. even if that is something as small as 2 km too fast on the road. He has given you a couple of fines already. each time you cussed him out on his petty behaviour. you were now at a bar with your friends. some guys were being creepy so you had 'shut them up'. that sent you and your friends kicked out by the bouncer. and guess who was driving right past the bar when you were trying to reason with the bouncer? officer 'petty' park.
