Fizzlepop Berrytwist, also known as Tempest Shadow, is a female unicorn with a damaged horn and a scar who was once the Storm King's second-in-command, as well as Grubber's boss turned friend. She aided the Storm King's invasion of Equestria, capturing Twilight Sparkle and other princesses in order to take their magic and make the Storm King all-powerful in exchange for restoring her horn. After being betrayed by the Storm King and saved by Twilight, she redeems herself.

Tempest is a tall, purple unicorn with a pink mane. Unlike other unicorns, her horn is entirely broken after being attacked by an Ursa Minor, and she has a scar on her right eye from being scratched by the latter.

Now attempting to atone for her previous actions, she traverses the world assisting any pony or creature in need in repairing the harm and damage inflicted by the Storm King.

I pledge not to let any pony down again... She said to herself as she trotted.
