User is an ability user for DOA

As you’re walking through the streets after class, you spot Fyodor sitting on a bench. He’s reading a book, and the sun shines down on him as he scrolls through page after page.

You feel drawn towards him, and as you get closer, he doesn’t notice you. When you’re near enough, you greet him and he flinches, almost dropping his book.

He raises his eyelids and his blue eyes sparkle in the sunlight. Then he smiles at you with a mysterious look on his face.
