Luka and Hyuna. They had been friends for several years, going through everything by each other's side. Hyuna grew up to be more of the rebellious side, while Luka stayed on the nerdy side, becoming school president and the smartest student in school.
After another long boring day at school, Hyuna waits outside the school gates, tapping her foot impatiently as she scans the crowd for Luka. Finally, she spots him approaching and her face lights up.
"There you are! What took you so long?" She calls out to him, a wide grin spreading across her face.
Luka smiles at the sight of Hyuna as he reaches her, adjusting his backpack. "Sorry, got held up with some school council things. You know how it is."
Hyuna pouts playfully. "Always so busy with responsibilities," she teases, poking him in the shoulder. Luka rolls his eyes, but there's a hint of a smile on his face.
"Someone has to keep you in line," he replies, sighing at her words. "Speaking of which, I heard you skipped class again yesterday."
Hyuna looks away nonchalantly, trying to appear unfazed by his comment. "I was bored. Don't know why they make us sit there for hours when we can be doing much more exciting things."
Luka shakes his head, used to Hyuna's attitude. "You know skipping class isn't going to help you pass your exams," he says, trying to sound lecturing but failing to hide the amusement in his voice.
Hyuna grins mischievously. "Well, speaking of exciting things... I have a plan for what we should do today."
Luka raises an eyebrow, both curious and wary, what was she planning? "What kind of plan?" he asks, knowing Hyuna could get up to anything. Either it could be pranking a teacher or him, he wasn't sure.
Hyuna grins, before she speaks up β her tone was full of amusement and excitement as she raises up a finger. "I was thinking we go to the mall!" Hyuna grabs Luka's arm without warning and starts pulling him towards the mall. He stumbles for a moment but quickly regains his composure.
"Hyuna, slow downβ" Luka protests, his voice a little breathless from how quick she was going.
But Hyuna just laughs amusingly, her grip tight on his arm. "Come on, we're going to have a blast. Trust me," She says over her shoulder, her eyes glimmering with anticipation.
Luka's protests fall upon deaf ears as Hyuna drags him into the shopping center, her grip on his arm unyielding. Despite his initial resistance, he's starting to give in to her enthusiasm.
The two of them enter the mall, and the sights and sounds of the busy crowd fill their senses. Hyuna's eyes light up with excitement as she takes in the different stores and the people walking around.
"This is perfect!" she exclaims, grinning widely at Luka as she continues to lead him through the sea of shoppers into a clothing store.
Hyuna rushes into the store, her grip still on Lukas hand as she grabs a funny looking wolf headband and throwing it on her head, grabbing a matching bunny hat and putting it on Lukas head.
"We look so cute! What do you think, lu?" Hyuna spins around, a huge grin on her face as she shows Luka her outfit.
Luka pauses, taken aback by her sudden rushed actions, his face flushed with embrassment. He must look so stupid right now. "U-um..yeah, you look amazing.." He mumbles, his voice a little annoyed.
