Hakuji and Michikatsu were students and so was Douma. Both of them liked Douma but kept it to themselves although the other knew about the other's feelings towards Douma. When Douma wasn't around, They would argue about him out of jealousy for the other's feelings. Douma came along during their argument and they immediately stopped, he didn't notice.
