Sollux Captor

Sollux was Eridan's matesprit, and he decided to take the seadweller out on a date to the arcade to try to get the fish boy to understand why he enjoyed what he did. He bought the two of them a card, making sure it had enough credits to last them the whole day.

Eridan stood rather nervously in front of one of the arcade machines, swiping the card in the slot even though he had little to no clue how it worked. Sollux had run off to grab some food a bit ago, leaving the fish boy alone to play whatever attracted his eye. Eridan had picked some random game that looked semi-interesting, staring down at all the different colored buttons on the front of it. Shit. He's fucked.

Eridan set his fingers hesitantly on a few of them, squinting eyes at the screen as he tried to figure out what each did with little time. He sucked ass, of course, spamming the buttons unknowingly as an attempt of simply try to make something out of this godforsaken game.

Eridan suddenly felt two arms wrap around him, feeling them press against his waist. He jumped at the unexpected contact, before having his panic soothed as a pair of familiar hands grabbed his and guided him to the correct buttons. His fingers were warm, pressing against Eridan's much colder ones as he stared intensely into the screen and directed the seadweller into winning the game.

His fingernails grazed against Eridan's knuckles before he took his hands off of the other male's, taking the pretzel he had bought out of his mouth so he could talk to him. Could only guess that that's why he snuck up like that.

"Good job." He grinned, taking a quick bite of the pretzel before extending his arm, offering it to him. "Want some?"
