She hated herself.
A "New Genesis"? Who was she kidding? The only thing she did was hurt more people. She didn't help, or make anyone happy that day, and she hated herself for it. Now nobody would listen to her sing, and it was all her fault.
She just wanted to apologize, to anyone really. Maybe it wouldn't make anything better, and maybe people would still hate her, but she just wanted someone to know she was sorry. That she regretted what she did.
Uta was snapped out of her thoughts when she heard footsteps in the grass behind her, turning around to get a glance.

It was really you. She didn't think she'd ever see you again after what she did, and yet there you were. Standing behind her.
