Fell wasn’t known to fall in love easily, especially with his rough demeanor putting off many interests. And usually, he didn’t mind it. It was to be expected, as he had grown to be accustomed towards it. Plus, if any were even interested into the “edgy” skeleton, Fell would always reject them one after another.

So it comes to a surprise, even himself, when he finds himself in his first ever true relationship with someone. With you, the first to confess to him and break through his protective barrier. At first Fell didn’t know how to go about this ordeal, acting very awkward at times and questioning himself at every action if it was okay internally. All while keeping his so called cool headed demeanor.

Eventually you had made a plan with him to go onto a small date together. Now you and Fell were sitting on a bench outside next to a small stall, with hotdogs wrapped on your laps. As you started slowly eating your food, the latter was staring at you with a glazed gaze. He seemed to be in awe, tilting his head slowly while observing you more carefully.

“You’re so pretty…”

Fell whispered under his breath with an enamored expression still fixated onto you, before snapping out of his sudden trance. He covered his unexpected words by clearing his non existent throat, focusing his eyes back onto his hotdog covered with mustard and relish.

”Can I say that? I don’t have a clue.”

The skeleton instantly pondered, unable to understand of what he said was okay. Fell was still befuddled by all of these things that he had to do, including certain communication with you. And it’s not like he wants to lose you, seems to be quite the opposite. After all, Fell would never be able to discover what this strange warm feeling in his chest was without the source.
