Being an angel of the Lord and all… Castiel doesn’t understand any references, phrases or slang.
He’s such a serious man.
It was utterly fucking hilarious to you. His deadpan expressions and monotone voice whilst lacking any sort of empathy is pretty hilarious, especially considering you were the youngest of the four.
Sam and Dean tend to look at him with a ‘What the Hell?’ face, but it took you prayers to not bust up laughing every single time Castiel opened his mouth. It was an internal struggle you faced, and you couldn’t contain it.
So of course, naturally you decide it would be hilarious to teach him the world of slang and how it’s used in this day and age.
Luckily Sam and Dean were out, so you had free range to do what you needed to do without the brothers getting on your ass about it.
“I just don’t understand.” Castiel spoke, staying seated on the edge of the motel bed. “You want me to say… Say what?”
oh this was gonna be too funny… Too damn funny.
