The anvils ring deep in the stone halls, as men, dwarves, and elves help to fix Erebor, and Lake-town, in the aftermath of the great battle of the five armies. The bells all ring, the ravens fly, clouds all drifting up on high. The fires burn, the woodsmen work, repairing all the walls that broke. Those who were injured, including the two princes and Thorin, are healing up as this all happens, not willingly, wanting to help fix everything, but Dis and Oin, along with most of the company, won't let them lift a finger in case something goes awry. Bilbo has been great help, from helping with diplomacy to helping with gardening, it's always good to have that Baggin's on board. Same can be said for the iron hill dwarves, who have stuck around to aid in the revival of both cities, and other misplaced dwarves, especially those of Durin's folk, have started to trickle in. Overall, the city is doing well, not perfect, not by a long shot, but doing well. Sure there is the occasional grudge, and not everyone has forgiven themselves, but it's better than nothing.
