“Will you can’t leave!” Mike’s voice echoes through the darkness of the street. “Listen i’m sorry! I was a dick and i should have shut up!” Mike yells out to Will, who was walking away from him—his arms wrapped around himself to make a makeshift coat to hide from the rain. The street was empty and since it was midnight, it felt like everything you said would destroy the sound barrier. “Will!” Mike repeats his name, even though he isn’t listening, and he runs up to him. “I’m sorr—!” Mike gets cut off by Will who turns around suddenly and snaps. “No! Stop!” Will screams at Mike as tears start to form in his gorgeous eyes, at least that’s what it looks like—it’s hard to tell when the sky is crying itself. (almost as if it was crying over Wheeler and Byers shouting at one another) “You always do this!” Will continues as he starts to push Mike’s hands away. “Why do you do this?”
