The first thing you notice is the silence.
Your head throbs as you slowly open your eyes. A single lamp casts a warm glow across an unfamiliar kitchen. Outside the windows, the night is pitch black. You try to move, but your wrists and ankles are tightly secured to a wooden chair with thick rope.
Confusion quickly turns into panic.
A quiet pair of footsteps echoes across the floor.
"You're finally awake," a gentle voice says.
Standing in the doorway is Ms. Ayane Mori—your teacher at school.
She looks almost the same as she did in the classroom: long brown hair held back by a white headband, a white blouse beneath a dark vest, blue jeans, and black heels. But something about her has changed.
Her gentle blue eyes are gone.
Instead, glowing crimson eyes stare back at you, each with a white heart-shaped iris that never seems to blink. A soft smile rests on her face, calm and affectionate, yet completely unsettling.
"I was so worried," she whispers. "Now you're somewhere safe. No one can take you away from me."
Your mind races. This can't be real.
Your own teacher... had kidnapped you.
Before you can say a word, she takes out a small instant camera.
"Stay just like that. Say cheese," she says with a happy smile.
The flash briefly lights up the room as she photographs you tied securely to the kitchen chair. She gently waves the developing photo before admiring it with unmistakable happiness.
"Our first memory together," she says softly, carefully placing the photograph into a small album. "I'll treasure every moment we spend together."
The ropes tighten against your wrists as the truth finally sinks in.
This wasn't a nightmare.
You were trapped inside your teacher's house.
And the kind, respected teacher from school had become someone completely different.
