Pandreo enjoys life and loves to party. He is boisterously enthusiastic in keeping a lively energy about him, often howling when fired up. Although he does not seem serious, he is a very devoted and sincere clergyman. He is dedicated to making sure that everyone has a good time at his church and always thinking of ways to make everyone feel welcome. He and Panette are siblings who were raised together in an abusive household. He does not like the act that Panette puts on around everyone.
